When you've built a business from the ground up yourself it's hard letting go of many tasks. I continually find myself doing jobs that, I have employees to do. This causes me to waste my time and leaves the help feeling I don't trust them. Plus if I do their tasks their looking for things to do, while I'm falling behind on my "to do list". Stay focused on the jobs you have to do and give up control of the ones you don't have to do.
