Megan & Jessica Waddell

Founders of Two Good Cocoa

Megan and Jessica were inseparable from pre-school all the way through college — “from womb-mates to roommates” their mom likes to say. After the duo graduated from college in 2010, Jessica started her family and showed a talent for making delicious concoctions in the kitchen while Megan learned the ins and outs of the food industry working at the corporate level of a popular dessert franchise.

When Jessica saw the watered-down hot cocoa being served at a local pumpkin patch, she knew she could do better. So she set out to create some quality flavors—and people agreed! With Megan acting as the official taste-tester, the twins created some delicious hot cocoa blends and set up shop on the internet.

But their company, Two Good Cocoa, doesn’t just taste good, it does good! Ten percent of profits from every purchase goes to one of five charities that customers can choose from at checkout. These twin sisters are making a name for themselves one mug at a time

Thea Perez

In addition to her career in the fashion industry, Thea has also taught Design and Drawing in the Apparel department for the undergraduate program at RISD. Since then, Thea has served a variety of clients in the fashion industry while at the helm of her own company, Thea Perez Design.
